RE/MAX of Boulder, and its sister office, RE/MAX Elevate, were together named Outstanding RE/MAX Brokerage of the Year by global real estate company RE/MAX International.

The award is based on RE/MAX of Boulder and RE/MAX Elevate’s combined record-setting $1.8 billion in sales and ongoing leadership performance in 2021. But the acclaim is not based on sales volume alone
— key intangibles factor in, such as leadership, integrity, brand ambassadorship, and community involvement.

Both firms stood out among almost 9,000 offices and more than 140,000 agents across 110-plus countries and territories that make up RE/MAX International, with more closed transaction sides per U.S. agent than all other national, full-service real estate companies.

The prestigious award is a testament to RE/MAX of Boulder’s long history, dating back to 1977 when Broker/Owner Tom Kalinski acted on a pioneering vision and opened its doors — the third RE/MAX office in the entire franchise. For the past 45 years, Tom Kalinski, his son and Co-Owner Jay Kalinski, and their team of community-focused Realtors have helped more than 50,000 families and multiple Boulder County generations in buying or selling their homes — the biggest, most significant investment of their lives for most families.

Tom Kalinski himself is considered to be a pillar of the Boulder Valley real estate community, honored in 2015 with induction into Boulder County’s Business Hall of Fame. Boulder native, Managing Broker Todd Gullette, earned a finance degree from the University of Colorado and brings experience to every aspect of real estate – as a broker, accountant, property manager and land developer.

Realtor Lisa Wade serves as a company mentor, teacher, volunteer and is a two-time winner of the Boulder Area Realtor of the Year and past president of the Boulder Area Realtor Association.

Realtor Duane Duggan has facilitated over 3,000 transactions, most from repeat and referred clients.
